We really do give Nicole and the Team at CDC Laser 5 Stars and Recommend Them to Everyone.Right from Day 1 when wee found CDC Laser we asked them to make some Road marking Stencils. We provided photos of the exsisting markings and needed a No Parking Stencil as well. Nicole was Fantastic to deal with, an when she told us the the #8 might be different to what we have on the ground, we accepted this. But by Magic Nicole got the Design team to design the #8 to the picture we provided and wow it was spot on. When Nicole told us the parcel has been sent on Thursday and we should expect it the following Monday or Tuesday being sent from Perth to Geraldton the parcel arrived the next Day (Friday afternoon)We really do give Nicole and the Team at CDC Laser 5 Stars and Recommend Them to Everyone. I recently restored an old cabernet and got CDC to replace the old glass from the 70's with much nicer, stronger and lighter acrylic and the result is amazing! You cannot tell at all that it's not actually glass! And having young children it's a much safer option, the service was very friendly with a very quick turn around and the price was excellent! Far less than I was expecting for the great quality of the product and with a 30 year warranty against uv damage you can't go wrong! Thankyou again to the team at CDC Laser fantastic job!

In the past I have received good service from this company. On a recent order there was an issue which I would expect the company to assist in resolving to my satisfaction. I found the company quite incapable of rectifying a mistake or taking any responsibility. Buyer Beware when dealing with CDC Laser.

Great customer service. I required a cut to order piece of acrylic and it was cut perfectly to size. I picked it up half an hour after calling.Great price too. Thanks guys

Absolutely terrible customer service when I made a follow up phone call enquiring about their products. You would think they would want your money, I was spoken too in a manner that is totally unacceptable and with a disgusting attitude, I am only giving it 1 star because I have to to make this post. Take your hard earned money elsewhere

Poor customer service.Submitted an online enquiry and noted I was aware they were on leave till 9th Jan and didn't expect a reply till after then.Received an abrupt reply to contact them after the 9th. I replied advising I was aware of the shutdown as it was in my message, and they responded with a thumbs up.Turn off your messaging function if you don't want a customer to even submit an enquiry for a later reply, leave it unread till the 9th, or read the entire message and realise the customer knows you're on break.I'm gladly enquiring elsewhere.

Many thanks to Andrew we now have a custom dog door that is flatter than mass market doors so it fits on a full length window and allows the security screen door to slide past as required. The alternative would have been a new glass pane and a new dog door fitted to the sliding security door. The dog door made by Andrew is perfect for our situation and saved hundreds of dollars.
